Winter Wonder Man Blog Hop

Sexy athletic body

Congratulations to Book Addict for winning the copy of Impostors’ Kiss!

What kind of hero makes your toes curl?

For me, that’s easy to answer.  Cyril.  I created him!  Or perhaps he allowed me to create him, one will never know.  He’s sexy, confident, protective, intelligent and powerful.  Who could ask for more?  Well me.. I guess.  I also love a hero who is flawed.  Can’t have light without dark, right?  This brutish, stubborn, domineering, alpha male stands out among fictional sex gods.  Especially, wintery ones.

Speaking sex gods…  And Cyril…

I’m giving away a copy of Impostors’ Kiss to a random winner.   Just comment on this post to be entered to win.

Impostors’ Kiss is a fond memory of Cyril’s time seventeenth century Scotland.

In a night of passion, two lost spirits find solace in an impostor’s kiss: one longing for a love that doesn’t yet exist, the other drowning in pain and guilt over love lost. Neither is what they seem…but what they learn will change them forever…

Cyril is the ultimate Winter Man.  To find out why, check out the award-winning Symphony of Light and Winter.

Don’t forget to hop on to the next blog!

  1. I agree that I love a hero that borders that light and dark side plus brutish, stubborn, domineering, alpha males are just really sexy but they have to have that sweet side to balance it.

  2. My favorite is an alpha hero. One thats strong, caring, protective. I love a sense of humor! And a six pack and guns doesnt hurt anything. lol I love one with an accent too! Oh yeah! Thank you!

  3. I love a caring, protective hero, one who can go all alpha male, yet doesn’t feel threatened and even encourages their loved one taking the lead and taking charge. A sense of humor is also important. It doesn’t matter if it’s just goofiness, dry humor, wit, etc, just some type of sense of humor. He has to be able to deal with feelings, not all, oh I’m a guy, we don’t do those things, over-macho crap. I want a guy who’s secure in his massculinity (you know, not afraid to wear pink or scared people will think he’s “gay” or “a girl” for actually doing/enjoying things like going to the theatre or dressing fashionably). Loyalty and fidelity are extremely important as well as being able to cook. A guy who can cook is super sexy. And romantic at heart as well.

  4. I’ve always had a soft spot for flawed heroes, and you’re complete right about needing some dark to go along with the light. Cyril sounds like a keeper.
